Le projet de la Maison de Line, situé dans la commune de Rivière-Pilote, est une construction destinée à accueillir toute la famille. Cette maison est nichée en contrebas de la route, sur un terrain boisé en pente. L’objectif du projet est de créer un bâtiment regroupant trois logements pour la famille, tout en favorisant une proximité visuelle avec la forêt environnante.

Ainsi, le volume de la maison s’intègre harmonieusement dans la pente du terrain, offrant des conditions acoustiques optimales. Au niveau inférieur, on trouve deux appartements de 80 et 50 mètres carrés, réservés aux filles de Line. Au niveau supérieur, la mère dispose d’un espace de 125 mètres carrés. Tous les logements bénéficient de grandes ouvertures donnant sur la forêt, permettant de profiter pleinement de la vue.

La maison est complétée par une terrasse en bois qui invite à savourer la fraîcheur de l’environnement. La façade architecturale allie le modernisme tropical à une approche naturelle et respectueuse de l’environnement.

Le projet de la Maison de Line à Rivière-Pilote offre ainsi un espace familial fonctionnel et esthétique, en parfaite harmonie avec son environnement naturel. Cette construction permet à chaque membre de la famille de disposer de son propre logement tout en favorisant la convivialité et la proximité visuelle avec la nature environnante.
